So ive deiced ive got no love for the petrol's and wanna get a d turbo as a project.
So some history behind the car, i bought this car as a cambelt snapper on further inspection the cambelt was ok so looked in to timing and and the inlet cam had slipped about 80-90 degrees. So ive stripped it down the head is now nearly off just the exhaust manifold to take off and the head will be off. Mileage is 128,000
Will start with the bad bits
Needs front brakes (discs and pads)
The drivers side engine mount has snapped out so will need welding up or fixing in some way.
There is a slight bit of welding needed underneath probably about 5 inch square max.
There are a few scratches around the car (may come out with a propa good clean)
When first got the car the passenger side window didnt work but soon as i got it home it worked so not sure if there is a lose connection some were.
No history just mot and log book and 1 key
Cyclones have curb marks
Think thats it just being honest with every thing!
Good bits
Seats are in excellent condition no rips.
Comes up great with a polish
Body is in good condition for its year
Comes with a good replacement head
Had a brand new cat just before i got it.
Mot till june/july (need to check)
Thats all i can think of at min
Its pretty much standard just scorpion back box and some lockwood dials.
The car is pretty much ready to be built back up just needs some money spending on getting the gaskets cambelt etc and sending the new head to be skimmed and tested. Could be an easy project for some one who knows what there doing.
The rear end has now had the spitter removed and standard lights put back in. just needs the reflectors removing off the back.
