I mounted it with Tape using one of the mounts provided in the pack. It's easier to mount to a window tbh, but I'm sure you could rig something up.
The image quality isn't that bad, particularly considering the price. It's no go pro, but it's a decent cheap solution!
I'm trying to upload a video taken on it onto youtube, I'll link you later if you're interested

I am interested tbf as the other night I nearly got had in an insurance scam! Luckily enough for me my brakes are good! For that reason I am looking for a cam to put in my window but can't afford a go pro ATM.

Dazza I would point out that the battery isn't fantastic got what you intend to use it for. I found it used to last about an hour of constant use, so if you're planning on longer journeys these may not be ideal. But because most track slots are between 15mins to half an hour this should be ideal for that kinda thing which was my thinking. Until the missus bought me a go pro for Christmas!!!
It takes Micro SD cards, and my 8GB one used to last me the morning commute and the evening commute when I was using it (trialling it for where to locate the camera etc).
