DW8 bosch tuning?

My m8 just brought a 306 non turbo dw8 for a cheap run about and was wondering if you can adjust the maximum fuel also if it has something similar to my boost compensator on the xud?

it wont have a boost compensator as theres no boost!
 this has been asked quite a lot...end result is its a bit pointless unless you wsnt to waste fuel and coal everyone! Wishes for more power...

Its different from the dturbo bosch! Link is above, just wanted to know if you can adjust the max fuel
