My work blackberry is with them and they give the shittest service possible. More downtime than up, severe lack of signal in some areas where you would expect phone signal (like town centres) and just generally poor service. Im on my 3rd blackberry now and every time they have replaced one, it hasnt gone smoothly at all. When EE replaced my HTC, the courier turned up with the right phone (unlike o2s courier) on time and replaced it easily.

I've found them to have great reception, except for at my uncles which is like a blackhole as no-one gets a signal there.
