TBH that 2L of oil he got from me.. that was to replace what he put in about 50 miles before my house at the side of the road. Water temps were up at 100deg when he parked at mine, pretty sure he said that was post-rad too

370 miles from pugfest, 30l of veg, about 8l of engine oil, oh and the exhaust fell of just past dunfermline, so jacking up the side of the car on the side of the motorway to pull the remaining bit off...

I suppose 70mph meetings with the cat's eyes on the motorway didn't do it any good...
