After bugging matt for two years I manage to get his modified vent cup holder which is spring loaded.

came sticker bombed so started to take it off



rubbed down and ready for filling, primer and spray etc


final result, may change colour scheme in due course. It works well and gives good space from my hand when on steering wheel!

yeah I have no issues with location for me its ideal. I can grab my drink without stretching. I can access my headunit. Its clear from my hands if I want to drive enthusiastically. And like any drinks holder if you put a can in it you would want to drink some first otherwise yes it would spill ;0

Thanks was looking at audi ones but this vectra one looks thinner so might be better
