I'm wondering about getting it re-gassed, I just wanna know if it works.

Maybe a daft question, why have AC in a convertible?

Why not?

Demisting and keeping you cool when the roof is up.

Some passengers dont like the roof down (Katie moans about it) and some may have hayfever etc.

Sunroof OR AC usually tbh, don't often get both unless they were chosen when it was made.

rather have a sunroof, even though the shell would rot to due to blocked run-offs

Same. I'm curious if all it will take is a re-gas... but it'll most likely be removed for running intercooler pipework.

None of my 306's have had air con.

Humm thats a good point actually, I wanted to fit an FMIC to the MX-5 soon so will have to check the pipes don't get in the way of that.

My old china DT had working air con, this one just doesn't have it

Mine had it, and the pipework looked good, then condenser was f*cked though. never got it gassed and binned it all of!

Mine sorta works needs gassing tho
