How low have you gone on the front? Love mine to sit like that but my ta techs dont give that much without removing helper spring which id preffer not to do?

Not a clue, just low.
The grey HDi, is on ta's and thats got no helpers with ~15mm of thread left.
IMO get them out and wound down.

Update times!

Test fitted Sams comps on the car the other week and they looked awesome, really cant wait for the 3sdms to turn up now!
Also fitted my cams, but the motor lasted 2 days before shitting the bottom end, so thats in the progress of being changed too.
May also need a slight bit of welding done too, as the engine mount may be a tad broken.
On the plus side the ph1 vts rack, 22mm front ARB, and a load of new gear linkage components are being fitted too.

What's the spec if the comps mate? and how low are you on the rear?

8x16 et-1 195/40 tyres.
Ride hight is whatever hight it was set to, don't do measuring.

Yes, its running 23.5mm torsion bars.
Even on GTi bars it would be fine as its around 3mm from the bump stops.

Rears do need a roll and a slight pull on the rear part of the arch.
