Right my passenger side window packed up a while back just got my hands on a 2nd hand motor with the cables and the metal rail all attached
My question is how do I change it

Hiya,
Not the easiest thing to do but not as bad as replacing door wiring! There are several very informative videos on Youtube - some original Peugeot footage and other videos (some in French). Just search for the various steps. for example, this one shows a demo https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dcscDQj6FC0. Don´t start taking it apart unless you know how to put it back together!

drill the rivets out remove motor and fit rivnuts to door skin and bolt motor back in place

Yeah easy enough as cully says, the plastic square that holds the glass on the motor just needs a Quarter turn to remove it
