Connector question

Any idea what this is for its taped to the loom above the passenger side footwell underneath the glove box

no idea whats going on there? What is it? Just a funny connector that shouldnt be there?

Just a pointless bit of brown plastic with some connections in it

give me some wire numbers printed on the cables how many wires in the plug and i could look up what it feeds
what is near by what is the bigger plug above it?
im not to sure what area were looking at towards the pass a pillar or to the centre console?

It was taken from outside the car looking in its somewhere in the middle between the passenger a pillar and the center console quite near what I think is the blower motor under the glove box

Ill try get a wire number or 2 and see how many run into it

Can't see any number there are 4 wires running into it

Does your car have aircon?

If not it's probably to do with that.

Yeah I've got air con well I've got the switch in the dash ain't tried it though

Its probably a spare, I found loads of spare plugs on the loom I stripped out of the HDi! And it was a Meridian (theoretically top spec) so not entirely sure what they couldve been for lol.

It looks like the original loom tape so it's not like its come off anywhere.

No it's all taped up there's nothing too plug into it around there
