hey fellas does any one know if i was to get sum dtm mirrors and put sum orange leds in them to act as indicators would it b legal

sik mate. Problem u will av is that gettin the leds through to the mirrors! You cant put anyfink in the door loom an itll look well naf if u leave ur own wires hangin out!

i got that bit sorted run it thru the mirror by takin out the glass then run it down thru the door to the indicator wires in the wing

Iirc if you have a ph1 you dont have to have repeaters as the indicators can be seen from the side as they are seperate units.
Could just be talking bollocks tho, had a few desperados tonight!

Nah i've heard similar about the phase 1's. Pain in the arse having to explain it to people though as 99% of MOT testers will initially want to fail it on there being no side repeaters.
