What penetrating oil do you guys use?

I've used plus gas but I don't find it too good and I've heard good things about Q10. Has anyone here used this stuff?

Is 3-in-1 not a little too thick to work as a penetrating fluid?

Yeah, another plus gas vote, bit, the 3 in 1 stuff is pretty good, but plus gas is better I find

Oops thought you meant the multi purpose oil.

I normally make the offending item hot with a blowtorch. Then spray it with whatever I have lying around, usually wd40 or gt85 while it's still hot. Seems to do the trick.
