I worked in a garage for a while and some of the things you see are just... wel just amazing.

Duct tape arches and once the most amazing cardboard body kit on a corsa. 10 out of 10 for effort i suppose lol.

My fuel line popped of nearly 400 miles from home when I went to Cornwall on holiday.
The only thing I had with me was some crabbing line, bish bash Bosch and we were away!

And also at FCS I bought a green cotton panel filter, went to put it on before the parade lap and I'd lost a bolt from the bonnet catch! Couldn't find a replacement so hammered in a cheapo torx bit from my universal screwdriver. Smile

My whole cars a bodge, headlights lenses cabletied on, lights are siliconed into the slampanel. engine wiring loom is all quickclipped together, snapped wheelnut is siliconed on, as dum dum mentioned my bumpers in with wingnuts but that's not a bodge more for easy access. Battery tray is held in with the battery alone as the nuts rusted so had to grind the bottom out. I lost the backing plates from the brake pads so just left them so not the pads rattle in the caliper and vibrate like a bastard under braking. Rear axle end bracket was held up with a seat bold at one point

Exhause is held on by a series of jubilee clips onto the towbar also

The best had to be my DT with a different box when I had no cable for it, which was a piece of electric fencing wire, shoved into a chocolate electric connection block and clamped down, which I shoved through the air con drip grommet, which hung out of the dashboard, so when you needed reverse, you yanked on the cable and she dropped right in. Stayed like that for like 3 months until I turned the gearbox oil silver... lol!

Definitely not me! Stole it off facebook. Some boys over here weld sockets or washers into their exhaust to give the car that sucking sound. Its pretty much the height of felt spec.
