yes fiddly....good socket set with a flexi extension and a good spanner or two will see you well.
magnet too for when you drop the dumbass tiny heater plug connections nut down behind the pump!!! Wishes for more power...

ngk, bosch or denso all good.
In 7years of maintaining pugs NGKs have never failed me lil bit of grease on new threads wouldnt hurt too.... Wishes for more power...
