price for a new clutch ?

Hey guys, my clutch has just gone in my 306, I was wondering roughly how much a new clutch replacment would be, its only a 1.4, I rang a few today and they were around £230 to £250? Does this sound about right? Me and my dad would normally do it but he's away for 2weeks, wounded.

Where you live mate? There's a garage near me that charged my mate £140 for his Clio clutch

1.4 clutch is 190, same as a 1.6..... All the XU engines (hdi, dturb, gti) are 220 to 230.
