throttle shaft leaking fuel

hi my throttle shaft has started leaking fuel not much but its there cars done over 200000 miles so probaly down to age not the vegoil i was using (now on straight derv) i understand how to mark the levers and remove the lid but do you guys change the brass bush or just the oring ( is there one or 2 on the shaft) many thanks for any advice tips cheers

Dont know what your on about with the brass bush but im pretty sure its one o ring.

thats the one! the bush is pressed into the lid looks brass? not sure if these wear? theres a repair kit on ebay

i think 1 o ring is for the shaft one maybe for the cold start shaft thats in the top lid? then the new bush tube? not sure what the big black round ring is though and will these be ok for veg oil?

change the o-ring on the throttle shaft and you should be fine

cheers stevieg so i just need to get 1 oring and the lid cover gasket then? will try a bosch dealer later see if there cheaper than a kit of ebay

pick the seals you need and if any other leak over time you have them there

What he said really, just swap out the O ring, the tube can wear, but generally not much, and will be fine as is....some of the pumps have two o rings, which are better for this!

are the normal bosch seals ok for veg oil? as i been reading up and these o rings are supposed to be realy good for bio/veg and heat
