Evening all,
Just saying hi!.
Putting together a 3 door 1.9 DT at the mo after a lengthy insurance process. Chopping about engines and gearboxes from my old 5 door DT that I was hit in. ALL FUN!
Worth while me signing up if I need any help I thought,

My first 306 after my 'non fault' accident in Clevedon
Got settlement after 3 months, and bought this which had a knackered engine - £280
Then chopped the Blue one up, and am currently making good the Goldy
Dad picked me up a GTi-6 interior which looks smart, and just generally 'smarting' her up after 3 months of being in my underground parking doing nothing. Amazing what a clean can do. Not long and I'll be back

Thanks for the response guys. Exhaust and back breaks done this week, and have set aside tomorrow to sort the engine. Its amazing whats different on the engines from a 'P' reg to a 'T' reg!

Well, turns out my car was MOT'd untill October 3rd! Just checking through the paper work and spotted the old certificate. Finally a bit of fortune after an absolute pig of a job (heater matrix and pretty much everything being different from a P reg to a T reg!)
So just taxed her online, and thats it, a whole 5 months after I got whacked, IM BACK!
