So a load of us stayed at Premier Inn last weekend, and me and Matt shared a room (inb4giggidy). We're clearly the most win however, as we both got rather excited when we saw the below (yes, we're sad).

Vaughn our rooms were really hot during the night, and Niall's didn't have a shower curtain. Also, the hotel next door decided to throw away their glass bottles at 2am which made a right racket! As Premier Inn have a 'good night sleep guarantee', they were able to refund us the £80 we each paid for the room

You can! It's not their fault, but it was really loud and disturbed sleep- thus not getting the guaranteed good night sleep! Also, the minute I mentioned it to the Receptionist, she said 'oh yeah, that would be the Marriott emptying their bar bins', so their obviously aware of the issue.

The hotel I worked at backed onto a busy London Underground station. They used to carry out repair works overnight, which woke the guests up at like 3am. We had to refund for that, even though it wasn't our fault.

The room was boiling though. Seriously, we had the fan on all night and it was still 24 degrees

ive always found the rooms are too hot too! Did it have the old towel rail disconnected 'for your own safety' too?

You may have got your money back from your pretend hotel, but us in the proper one had 16° air con and no problems at all.
