If I had the techincal knowhow to finish it, might be fun as a weekend toy.

Epic!
"3500 litre," bet that's thirsty!
On the 306 waiting list.
#5
Might not be too bad, considering the weight on the 306 vs the weight of the (no doubt) huge car it came out of.

But I think he ment to put 3.5 litres not 3500
On the 306 waiting list.

No doubt that engine came out a Rover SD1 or something of similar age.

Or that. I thought they where powered by the 3.9L direct injection.
Didnt know they used the 3.5L in the landies tbh

Edit...
Just found this out about the 3.5L

initially making 160 PS (118 kW; 158 hp) at 5,200 rpm and 210 lb·ft (280 N·m) of torque at 2,600 rpm on 10.5:1 compression.

LOL '6 engine makes 9bhp more with almost half the capacity (That engine was produced up untill 2003 aswell!)

Needs a ford or chevy big block V8 really.

that or a ford powerstroke V8

I wouldnt buy that much hassle and that little power for £2k, its just not cool enough
