Well this is my uni accomodation for next year... its £85 a week with no bills and thats for four of us so... thats £340 a month per person and £1360 for all of us. Its a 5 bedroom house but listed as a 4 as the 4th person gets two smaller rooms as the landlady didnt feel it was fair giving people small rooms.

Think me and the Mrs will be moving out in around 8 months as we want a small garden for the baby to play in, and the place we are in is full of DIY disasters, especially since I moved in.

Yeah renting, works out for 4 of us at 300 a month each, that takes into account all bills, council tax, water, gas etc....
