Just seen this on spring action day FB page.
So I’m thinking if your thinking of coming it might be worth putting your name down now.
***CLUB BOOKINGS ANNOUNCEMENT***
Due to the huge ongoing demand for club spaces at 2018's Spring Action Day and having to temporarily suspend new club registrations, we would like to ask all those who have already registered their clubs to please fill up their stands as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
We will be reviewing the situation on 5 FEBRUARY. Clubs must fill up their proposed spaces that they submitted at registration by this time or risk being replaced by new, unregistered clubs that are ready and waiting to book.
Please also note that any over-bookings may mean the event becomes over-subscribed and some refunds may have to be given, so please do not go over the amount of proposed spaces submitted during registration.
As we are filling up space fast, please share this post with your club members as we attempt to accommodate everyone into what promises to be a fantastic event!
