Those audi are alright, proper boat of a thing lol. 

I worked on one once, the fuel pump had died after some shit diesel, apart from everything being a bit fiddly to get to under the bonnet they're no worse than any other car to maintain. Not a thrilling car but they do what they say on the tin and they're massive 

Thought of laguna estates? They depreciated a lot so you can pick up a really high spec low miler for around your budget on an 08-60 sort of age. 
2l dci 150 brake, mappable up to 180ish stage 1

Haven't really thought about much tbh, just that it needs to be an estate. Always fancied an Audi, so that's probably why that caught my eye. Saw the saab today, and it just didn't feel right, so I walked away. Maybe I'm kidding myself and my minds already made up.
