As much as i'd love to, at the moment i can't really purely because the two spares i would be using are seized SOLID and i don't want to attempt the one on the car now in fear of wasting time on it. I'll have a poke tomorrow, if i can loosen it off, i'll set about finding a new sensor from a motor factors

ABS ring is still on and intact
and niall, looking at the wiring diagram in the guides; it's saying A5 corresponds to the instrument panel, and THINK it says 'bl' next to this; as in blue wire, or do my tired eyes deceive me?
