Ok, so currently out having a coffee after a nice bash round the island, and my knowledgable friend is convinced if I was able to bolt on an alternative gearbox with longer ratios I could extend the power through the ranges.

I'm convinced the XUD won't be up to the test and run out of puff.

Any info on this would be greatly appreciated. Compatability, usefulness etc..
