Oil advice & recommendations from oilman @ Opie Oils

Hi Tim, we've spoken before; you recommended me the 10w40 fully synth gulf competition which I've found to be great, however I have a query; when driving enthusiastically, I frequently manage to get my oil up to 115-125degrees. Now I had invested in an oil cooler which has helped a bit, but it still does get to 115degrees with some provocation; I just want to check whether the oil will operate at these temps? Changed every 4-5k or so.
