'Little' turbo at back into bfo-turbo at front into supercharger.

Nah as the little one would never flow enough air to supply the BFO one..............

is there somthing like a throttle butterfly involved then to "turn off" the smaller turbo?

Thats what the bypass is, it diverts the exhaust gasses away from the smaller turbo thus stopping it spooling, again, thats how I understand it anyway
