Just remember if its got any animal fat content (from frying sausages or whatever) then it will be a right PITA in winter as animal fat is solid at room temperature.

It's from a cafe at a car boot I've worked at for years.

They cook egg and mostly sausages in it.. Tongue

Also, I'd be given it straight after its been drained (after I finish work).
