Let it sit in tubs to settle preferably somewhere cold.

Give it a couple of weeks and scoop the fat off the top

then hang 3 progressively finer filter socks (ebay) above each other and above a large drum, pour it in the top and wait.






Personally I think its more hassle than its worth unless your getting it for free as its only about 90ppl fresh
