I've been f*cked about by Pug Performance before, so I wanted to make sure I'd not got less than I'd paid for, hence the searching to the end of the earth to find out what it was. 
Not to mention I'm just fed up of companies messing me about at the moment (there's a line of them) so I'm just arguing with every single one telling them to f*ck their couch, so wanted to know if I was adding another to the list haha.
