Most extractors have sqaue end so adjustable spanner works fine to turn it, just make sure you make the hole as big as you can, so that you can get the most extractor in as possible to prevent snapping it off..

If you snap it, tbh id probs just swap out the hub, easier than fookin about....but should come fairly easily with extractor provided its not crossed in or anything stupid...
