In North Manchester the police have lost the roads to kids on lashed up motorbikes...I had about six of em wheelying up in a gaggle in the middle of the road, complete with balaclavas etc...not to mention late night screeeching cars.... there are two lawless kids (recently arrived and not in school) who are a knocking bet for an early grave.....utterly unafraid and brazen....

No wonder the insurance costs are so high!
