208 1.4 hdi tuning options

mines still pulling well after HDi Tuning did their magic. rolled out 110hp (ATF) and 170lbft

thats hopefull news! Had been reading that most people seem to hit 90bhp and thats it.
What sorta spec to get that power as would love to push double stock if poss

I swapped the KP35 out for one that looks to be similar to what is on your one there. TD03 or TF03 I think. I took mine off a 90bhp 1.6 Focus.

Clutch did not like it at all. only a 200mm one in the 206 so strapped a 1.6hdi gearbox on with a bigger fly and clutch. Hopefully you'll already have a 225mm (or whatever it is - been a while since I did it) flywheel in the car as that'll cope with the torque.

Think Steve said rail pressure was coming up to its limit and then shortly followed by the injectors.

I never was going for all out power, just something to make it a bit more pokey, which it drives spot on now.

Mildy confused. Some sites say its the same as the 206 clutch, others say its 240mm..

Gotta pop into pug later so gonna see what info they can give me on her
