Tip for future: don't waste your time with the service desk, they're just more salesmen, just go straight to the parts desk. That said, i'd also echo what others say about not going to dealers for a part like that as quality from decent suppliers will easily match up, but then i suppose the flip side is you now have a shiny peugeot invoice to go in the service history.
