306 XR Auto Speedo.

Hi, I'm repairing a 1996 306 XR Auto for my Daughter. The printed circuit on the rear of the instrument panel is badly corroded and I need to find a replacement. The rear panel is by JAEGER and the speedometer is not run by cable from the gearbox.  Can anybody help in finding a replacement please.  If I could just get the rear panel I can transfer all the other items over.
