I'm with the AA but every year I have to do the dance with them so I can get the renewal at a normal price which is just stupid.

Women on the phone was trying to tell me about all the benefits of membership (discounts and such at places), I cut her off halfway through to tell her I didn't care, don't use any of them. I wish they offered a simple service without any of that nonsense as I frankly don't give a shit, I just want to pay for someone to bring me home in the event I can't fix it.

EDIT: I will say though, we use RAC at work for the vans and the 3 times I've needed to use them they have arrived very quickly and been helpful. All the drivers have been friendly too.
