How much not inc p&p phil?

The tensioner has gone off on those seats phil hence the airbag light. Do you have a drivers side seat belt tensioner?
Airbag light is a common problem. Mines on and tensioned hasn't fired you sure its gone off?
I do have a seat belt thing but dunno if its driver side I'll look later
