So, despite the cold and wet this morning I got on and refitted the DPF and everything else I'd removed. Fans are annoyingly wobbly now though, could do with some thickish foam along the top to stop them rattling against the rad as I think it will be noticeable on the road. (Yes, my neighbours wipers are annoying 
)

Also looked into the leaky EHPAS bottle - any of you mechanics know if its normal to spray a bit? The lid does have breather holes.
