Ok so work has commenced,so turned out it got cat c'd and got the pay out and obviously kept the car.

So the boot lid was creased I worse than we thought so just swapped it out with another,going get it sealed up and weather tight for the winter and spray it up in the winter or as long as I can deal with a 3/4 toned car :
