It looks good in pictures and at a distance it's not as good as it seems but for a 1997 that's had 10 diffrent owners and more then likely all of them ragged it to death it's not to bad lol few dents and scratches all round it's had a fair bit of welding in the engine bay and bottom of the suspension legs and it needs a bit more but for now I have to fix other bits first and iv have done loads of work since I brought it 2 years ago refurb rear beam gti 6 breaks 
had the engine out head skimmed valves lapped in with new seals new timing kit and water pump 421mani 2" pug sport baker bm group n engine mounts and lots of other bits I love the car but it needs to be fixed ATM lol and don't have enoth time to do it in a few days
