As has been said, check the fuse. Failing that, it's likely to be the temp sensor. Check it by unplugging it, the fans should run (blue plug on the thermostat housing).
nope, thats for the gauge.
thermoswitch is in the rad, unplug it ans check with a multimeter that you have 12 v to one pin.
if you do, bridge to either of the other two pins and the fan relay should be activated as long as a) good relay b) good earth.
secondly if the fans don't come on when doing the test above (amd you do have good relay & earth) then check for power to the fan relay, and also for a circuit to earth through the fan. if that is present, dead fan.
if the fans did work when doing first test, fit new thermoswitch.
