1. Check battery voltage at rest and while cranking.
2. Check to make sure battery cable that connects to starter is in good order and correctly fastened.
3. Check voltage drop between battery negative and engine block while cranking.
4. Check voltage drop between battery positive and starter (or alternator) positive terminal.
5. Report results back here for analysis and further crunching of available data.
