Oh and FYI, the A12 is ALWAYS like that. I fail to see how Essex people can manage to roll their cars so often on a straight bit of road lol.

There is a reasonable back way to Colchester but after that it ends up a lot further to avoid the A12 unfortunately. Would've taken nearly 2 hours to get to Battlesbridge avoiding the A12 yesterday!
