Not at all, oil changes require jack, stands, able body to get under the car, physical strength, somewhere to dispose of the oil etc...
This is like saying why don't people change their own wiper blades when they're available in shops...which is a good question...why don't they? Always makes me wonder when I see someone throwing money at Halfords to have them changed.
That all sounds quite complicated tbh. Are you sure it's legal to do something like that without telling someone?
I wouldn't know where to start with pricing or advertising or anything, how do you even advertise to old people!?
