On a more helpful note, are you looking for engine internal damage? Or just 'broken stuff near the engine'? I have quite a few pics of 'broken stuff' but not many (if any!) damaged internals...
Here is one failure if it's any good - crank pulley collapsed, caused cambelt to snap, causing rocker arm to snap. Dead HDi engine...
