change the PAS ram, thats what limits the steering lock.
better to just get used to it tbh, and if you want to do tighter U-turns turn left not right! or make the handbrake work better 
need a part number? http://public.servicebox.peugeot.com/ and http://service.citroen.com/ will sort you out.
