You can if you get the housing reamed out...but ovviously wont fit without reaming it...
And theres more to it than just reaming it in lathe until it "fits" generally if you do that, it will just constantly melt / blow up turbos, its important to get the correct ammount of the "front" of the housing for flow.
Much easier to just bolt one up complete imo...or weld etc...td04 / GT series be better tho
