They never finished the job so no invoice!
I have the reservation e-mail but that's it.Gotta go into town tomorrow so will go into Halfords and ask then.

Cheers for the info and link above, will do that if Halfords Autocentres aren't helpful - Id imagine it must happen a lot though, anything other than simple tyres or MOT must take longer than the 1.5 hrs allowed now I've thought about it.
No idea of time limit but won't leave it just in case!
