You don't have to remove grill or lights at all...they're completely separate from the bumper... 
You also don't need to remove washer bottle (the nuts will be rusted on), just lay directly under the bumper and look up with the lower splash guard removed, can see the 2 10mm bolts. Can even do it by feel when you've done a few lol.
