A couple questions:

Firstly, whats the best way to reattach the fins from the central vents back into the slider to adjust (came out from putting in a vent air freshener and knocking it on accident)

Secondly, how do you get to the bulb in the ash tray to replace? Guessing need to remove the entire centre piece but did a quick search and came up with nothing. Thanks
