I can well believe it's gonna be a handy vehicle James.
I'm running a Daihatsu Fourtrak at the moment and that only does about 25-27mpg locally and about 30-32mpg on a run.
I'm hoping the Partner will do close to 40 once it's had a good service and is being used again (it's been unused for over a month apparently). There's not much difference in insurance though. Should be able to cut my running a costs a fair bit though.
